We want you to love your Thomyle™ products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Hygiene & Safety Restrictions
Due to the intimate nature of our grooming devices and skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
Only unused, unopened, sealed products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
2. Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unopened and unused

Must be in original packaging

Must include proof of purchase
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges for Defects
If your product arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days

Include a photo/video of the issue

We will replace the item at no cost
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
